Featuring a ceiling-mount configuration with a wide arm rotation angle, the YK-TW can access any point within the full 1000 mm downward range. This eliminates all motion-related restrictions with regard to pallet and conveyor placement operations, while dramatically reducing the equipment footprint.

  • 360° whole area under the equipmwnt is covered by the hanging installation and wide arm turing angle. The plain working envelope is improved approximately 120% when compared to Yamaha's conventional model with an arm length of 500mm. There is no dead space at the centre of the working envelope.This ensures an operaltion range of 1000mm x 130mm. As the working space is cylindrical, the pallet or conveyor installation direction is not restricted and the flexibility of the system design is improved.
