Mantis Elite Stereo Inspection Microscope - PCB Inspector
Hawker Richardson is the Australian & New Zealand Distributor for Vision Engineering
Mantis Elite is a high performance stereo inspection microscope, featuring Vision Engineering’s patented ‘eyepieceless’ optics which offers truly superb optical imagery. With magnification up to 20x it is a perfect alternative to more traditional stereo microscopes. Large fields of view and generous working distances allow for a wide range of inspection, preparation and manipulation tasks to be carried out with exceptional hand-eye co-ordination.
The mantis range of stereo microscopes and non-contact measuring systems are used in a very wide range of industries especially when high performance magnification or precision measurement is required.
Ideally suited for highly specialised applications in a wide range of industries, including electronics, medical devices, CSSD, plastic and rubber, aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, defence, packaging, green technology, biomedical, dentistry, hair restoration, watchmaking, jewellery, art & antiquities.
Mantis Elite is at the core of many companies activities, providing fast and efficient inspection as well as being ergonomically advanced.
- High value, high specification patented design with superb optical performance
- x2 – x20 quick change magnification options
- UV lighting option available for fast and accurate fault detection
- Patented eyepieceless optics maximise head freedom and minimise eye strain
- Superior ergonomics for improved productivity and increased throughput
- Long working distances for easy sample manipulation and rework
Choice of stands
Flexible universal arm with small footprint;
Versatile articulated arm for applications requiring extended reach;
Rigid bench stand for added stability or illumination options.
Vision Engineering’s patented ‘spatial imaging’ technology removes the need for conventional microscope eyepieces. Providing truly amazing stereo imaging, our technology has an ergonomic advantage over conventional ‘eyepiece’ stereo microscopes. This advantage eliminates eye fatigue and allowing the operator greater comfort, leading to improved operator accuracy, greater productivity and increased throughput.
