The flat aluminium housing with integrated power pack and fan less passive cooling is extremely sturdy and tolerant to negative influences.

The 12.1” touchscreen of specially hardened glass supports multi-touch gesture control and can be operated with gloves.

Optical Measurement

The Swift PRO Duo incorporates Vision’s patented Dynascope® eyepiece-less measuring microscope providing high contrast, microscope-resolution images.

Complex or difficult-to-view features can be viewed in intricate detail, ensuring you can take accurate measurements of all components.

When measuring features without clear edges, a video camera may be unable to detect the edges due to a lack of contrast. This is where optical measurement is beneficial. The high resolution crisp image from the optical head enables you to accurately select features to measure. Including clear or black plastics and surface features on metal parts (where there is no contrast between the feature and the background).

Switching from video measurement to optical measurement is as quick and simple as a touch of a button.

Measuring Stage Calibration with NLEC

Swift PRO Duo features Vision Engineering's proven 200mm x 100mm precision measuring stage.

Utilising the most accurate correction method available, non-linear error correction (NLEC) uses a software algorithm to calculate and correct any errors across the measuring stage. All measuring stages are factory-set with NLEC calibration prior to installation.
