Autorotor Indexing Tables
Autorotor Indexing Tables
The Autorotor rotary tables are mechanical units with orthogonal axes, with continuous rotation of the input shaft resulting in the conversionto an intermittent rotation of the output disc. This is achived by mounting the cam to the input shaft including an indexing disc, holding the cam follower integrated with the output disc.
The Autorotor index table is maintenance free and over the time the highest levels of accuracy occur due to the acceleration and deceleration of the indexing disc through the displacement generated by the cam and by the absence of backlash.
The Autorotor range come in various models:
T07, T10, T15, T25, T35, T55, T65, T75, T95, T105
Advantages
- High speed continuous and totally controlled displacement
- Smooth running also at high frequence
- Self-Iocking in dwell position
- High repeatability
- Low maintenance
- Low installed power
- Possibility of using continuously moving cams, driven by servomotors
