The Rhythm is a powerful system in a space-saving footprint. Designed for high mix, high value, and low to mid volume PCB production environments, the Rhythm can be programmed in minutes to handle basic to complex dip, drag, wire bond and other through-hole soldering processes previously performed by hand or wave soldering.

The Rhythm features best-in-class servo motor motion control for speed, accuracy and repeatability, closed loop temperature control of the nitrogen inertion process for superior thermal performance of the soldering miniwave and innovative miniwave nozzle designs for wave stability and defect free performance.

The Rhythm EX offers the industries largest native selective soldering range of 24” by 24” (600 mm x 600mm), no manual rotation or adjustment is required to achieve this range. Based on the popular Rhythm
System, the EX offers the same 100% ultra-precise and reliable servo-driven XYZ axis motion control that articulates the soldering miniwave and flux nozzle beneath the PCB.
